Deep Rest (90 minutes)

Service Description

Deep rest meets you where you are. Enjoy an extended treatment for deep rest, blending sound healing and reiki to bring you back into balance and move into a restorative state. Intentions are set and we begin with techniques to slow the mind. The frequency of the gongs then work on relaxing the body at a cellular level. Once in a restful state we move to treat the body as a whole with Reiki, whilst cosy in blankets and surrounded by ambient light. The session finishes with oracle guidance and a small crystal to take home and carry the serene energy into your week. The session is typically performed on a treatment couch. This restorative gift to yourself is the perfect remedy to a busy week. 1-2-1 session duration is 90 minutes and includes 70 minutes of sound and reiki healing, plus oracle guidance, warm drink, and small crystal to keep. A heartwarming drink of ceremonial cacao to connect to the heart centre can be arranged (prior fasting required so please contact in advance for information). £75 when at To the Serene (GL2).
